“ The only good thing about this neighborhood is this market. Some of the best homemade Eastern European food I've ever had and a wonderful staff! ”
“ This is a little cute market with a restaurant inside. The items they sell are very good. They are mostly international items. The service is also really good. The owner is super friendly. The best thing is their food. The lunch plate is really healthy and delicious. You can pick a protein and two sides. The salmon plate was yummy. Chicken lule is my favorite too. The best part is the price is not too high. With 13.99. You can get a salmon plate. That's really good. The only problem I have with the lunch plate is that they heat the food up in the styrofoam boxes which melt and release cancerous toxin in microwaves. I think the owner should really care about this potentially health hazard by switching to paper or composible materials. Everytime I come, I have to tell them to heat my food on a plate instead of the styrofoam box. It's a hassle to explain every time. I really wish they can have a separate container that is microwave safe to heat up the food or heat the food on a ceramic plate without me asking. I would gladly up my review to 5 stars if they've addressed this issue and take health hazard advice seriously. ”
“ I actually really like Oliv'e! As an Eastern European I often miss the taste of my food, so this store is a savior. The prices are decent, nothing has ever been expired and everybody's been really nice to me. Try their freshly baked bread, it's phenomenal - tastes just like at home. ”

They are going above and beyond to help, recommending new products, and making sure you leave the place happy. ”
“ The potato vareneeki are so tasty and satisfying. The Russian napoleon is yummy! There is a Korean salad they make. Yes .. it's Russian market but they have very interesting foods to see. Try it .. you'll like it. ”

Consists of a few departments, to name a few: prepared food section (including good amount of plant based/meat free options, which get sold out rather quick), produce (basics), canned veggies and salads, bread, store prepared desserts (Napoleon always sells out quick, it's delicious). There is a nice assortment of honey as well. Parking: street metered parking right in front of the store. Super easy. We stop by every time when we are in Glendale. The employees are very pleasant as well and easily advise on the available items and prepared food. Valentina is a sweetheart and Asmik is very nice and kind. Our favorite items are pickled tomato, store prepared Napoleon, Roshen brand candy. Would recommend and will come back! ”

Decided to check it out and ended up picking up some unique grocery items. Very clean and welcoming store. Saw they serve Illy coffee so grabbed one and enjoyed it outside by the water fountain. A good place to sit outsdie and get some work done while enjoying coffee/pastry. ”
